REPLIES ~Please reply by 1st May, stating any dietary requirements
or food allergies. We hope you will understand that we have only been able
to invite children from our immediate families.
~ UPDATES ~We
will aim to keep the site up to date with any changes as they arise, including
available accommodation options. Following the wedding, photographs will be posted
on the site and we would invite you to submit your own too. Please register your

DRIVING DIRECTIONS ~For maps and directions, please see What's
Where. Live traffic updates can be obtained via 08700 660115. BBC Radio
Bristol covers local travel news on 94.9FM.
~ PARKING ~The
Church Car Park accommodates 20 cars. If the Church Car Park is full, it is possible
to park in surrounding residential roads, but please be cautious of restrictions,
particularly on Weston High Street, and allow plenty of time to find a spot and
get to the Church. Ushers will be on hand to guide you. Access to the church
door is by a single track with a blind corner so we have been asked to refrain
from dropping passengers directly outside the Church unless absolutely necessary.
Disabled parking is available outside the Church. Parking at Toghill
House Farm is plentiful and will be in a mown paddock. The marquee is a short
walk through to the next field. However, if the weather has been wet leading up
to the wedding, you may wish to bring wellies. The farmer is happy for cars
to be left in the paddock overnight.
~ ARRIVING BY TRAIN ~If
you are travelling by train, the nearest railway station is Bath Spa (on the London
Paddington line), about 2 miles from the Church. Taxis are available at the station.
If you would like a lift from the Church to the Reception, please let one
of the ushers know when you arrive and they will try and arrange this for you.
~
TAXIS ~The Bride and Groom intend to leave the reception at midnight,
but please do not feel obliged to stay until this time. Cars can be left
in the paddock at the Reception overnight. Abbey

ACCOMMODATION ~Accommodation in Bath and its surrounding area is at
a premium in summer and guest houses are already filling up. Please book your
accommodation promptly. Please see the What's Where
page where a number of options we have researched are plotted on an interactive
map, including details of room types, tariffs and telephone numbers. (In general,
most guest houses require a minimum stay of two nights. There are a few that we
are aware of that will not stipulate this and these are typically outside the
city centre.) Please check parking arrangements if you book with a guest
house in the centre of Bath. Those staying centrally can walk to the church through
Royal Victoria Park. For those so inclined, the farmer is happy for tents
to be pitched in the paddock neighbouring the marquee. Please
let us know where you are staying and we will update the map as accommodation
books up.
~ GIFT LIST ~Claire and Andrew do not expect
presents, but should you wish to make a gift, a few ideas may be found at John
Lewis or Debenhams: ~
